Consulting + Strategic Planning
As a consultant, I help produce reports comprehensively evaluating a university's career development ecosystem. This process involves interviews with campus stakeholders, research into comparable institutions, data-backed best practices, and a deep dive into the student experience. I enjoy crafting custom recommendations for campus strategic planning.
Communications + Content Creation
In my current role, I am responsible for marketing and communications. I manage our weekly newsletters, member subscriptions, web content, and social media. I lead our content creation funnel of blogs, videos, and infographics targeting higher education professionals in career services. I have over 20 years of experience creating marketing and educational content for various audiences.
Community and stakeholder Engagement
My work has been situated at the intersection of every kind of higher education stakeholder: prospective and current students, alumni, faculty, staff, parents/families, employers, and community partners. I have experience creating bespoke programming, scaffolded interactive asynchronous learning experiences, and planning and executing in-person and virtual events.
Design Thinking + Project Management
I utilize my studio background across all functions of my career, applying design thinking and iterative principles to reimagine the user experience of learners, staff, peers, and clients. For one project, I led the creation of a 50+ library of career content, including 15+ videos and a collection of “career activities,” ranging from interactive branding workshops to peer-led resume reviews.
